Setting up the Uspacy statuses on FLATRIS

FLATRIS uses 5 base apartment statuses:

• Free
• Interest
• Reserved
• Sold
• Not for sale

Default mapping on first connect

When you save the FLATRIS login/key, Uspacy funnel stages get mapped to statuses by the rule:

• Deal funnels:
  • first stage → "Interest";
  • "Deal won" → "Sold";
  • "Deal lost" → "Free";
  • other stages → "Reserved".
• Lead funnels:
  • "Fail"/"Lead lost" → "Free";
  • other stages → "Interest".

Manual mapping

Open the FLATRIS admin panel and go to "Integration → Integration with Uspacy". In the "Status setup" block, pick the funnel from the "CRM funnel name" dropdown.

Use the checkboxes to bind each funnel stage to a grid status.

The "Default object in the funnel" dropdown lets you pick the object that opens first in the grid when working with this funnel.

Press "Save" to apply the changes.

"Remove apartment from deal" checkbox

Stages under the "Free" status have a "Remove apartment from deal" checkbox. When enabled, an apartment is automatically detached from the deal as soon as the card lands on this stage and becomes free again in the grid. 

"Refresh data" button

If you've added new users, changed funnel stages or created a new funnel in Uspacy, press "Refresh data" in the "Portal settings" block to make FLATRIS reread the changes.
