The "Inventory grid in CRM" section of the integration settings governs what happens when a request arrives from the website grid: in which funnel to create the deal, who gets it, and whether to spawn a task.
Open the FLATRIS admin panel, "Integration → Integration with Uspacy", scroll to the "Inventory grid in CRM" block.

If you have several FLATRIS objects, settings are configured per object (tabs at the top).

Pick one or more Uspacy funnels from the dropdown. Only in those funnels will managers be able to open the inventory grid and link apartments.

The "Create deal in CRM" checkbox enables auto-creation of a deal in Uspacy when a request comes in from the inventory grid. Logic:

In the "CRM users that receive requests" dropdown pick one or more managers between whom requests are distributed.
In the "Stage where the deal is created" dropdown pick the stage on which the new deal/lead appears. You can pick either a deals-funnel stage or a leads-funnel stage:

The "Create task in CRM" checkbox enables auto-creation of an Uspacy task for the assigned manager.
Press "Save" once you're done.
What a request from the grid looks like
When a customer submits the form on the website grid:

Uspacy creates a deal/lead with the contact data filled in, the apartment linked and (optionally) a task.
