Setting up the Bitrix24 deal cards

If you want to set up the deal cards that are created by Flatris for Bitrix24 do the following steps: open FLATRIS control panel, go to "Integration" => "Integration with Bitrix24".

In the "Apartments grid in CRM"  subsection you can set up the following:
1. Funnel in which the object will be available;
2. List of managers who will be receiving applications from apartments grid;
3. Funnel stage at which the application will be created;
4. Automatic task creation feature, when creating a card in CRM

Features are set up for each object separately.

To set up the object, select the tab with the desired object and select needed Bitrix24 funnels from the dropdown list in which the object is available.
You can choose several funnels from the list at once.



In the dropdown list "CRM users" select one or several managers who will be receiving applications from apartments grid in CRM.

In the dropdown list "Funnel stage" select the stage in which you want the system to create a new deal card.

To save the edits press "Save"
