Integrating FLATRIS app into Bitrix24

Functionality of the FLATRIS app in Bitrix24

  • Pin the accomodation in deals
  • View pinned accomodations in apartments grid
  • Automatic status change of the accomodation according to Bitrix24 deal status change

Integrating FLATRIS app into Bitrix24:

Step 1. Install the app

For integration you need:

1. To log in to the personal account FLATRIS

2. To fill in the spreadsheet and to add at least 1 object to apartments grid

After the steps are completed, go to Bitrix24. At the top of the work panel press "More" and select "Apps"

In a search box type FLATRIS. Click the app icon.

For instalation, the app will request your login and FLATRIS API key.

Go to your FLATRIS personal account, section "Integration" => "Bitrix24" and copy the login and FLATRIS API key.

Enter this data in the according fields in the opened app.

 

Step 2. Bitrix24 funnel set up

FLATRIS transmits the information about 5 deal statuses:

  • Available
  • Interested
  • Reserved
  • Sold
  • Not for sale

Your funnel can have different titles and amount of stages. In order for the system to work correctly, the stasuses of the funnel shall be linked. To do so you need:

  1. Go to FLATRIS settings to the section "Integration" => "Integration with Bitrix24" => "Statuses settings".
  2. In the dropdown list select the funnel sequence you want to set up.
  3. Note the accordance between stages and statuses in apartments grid.
  4. In the dropdown list "Main object" select the object that will be displayed first when apartments grid is opened.
  5. After attribution of all the statuses with all funnel stages press "Save".

Next, in the "Apartments grid in CRM", section, assign to each purchase funnel object according managers. To do so you need:

  1. In the dropdown list "CRM funnels", select one or several funnels to which the object will be linked;
  2. In the dropdown list "CRM users", select one or several managers who will be receiving the applications from apartments grid;
  3. In the dropdown list "Funnel stage", select the funnel stage for automatic creation of a new card.
  4. After all the parameters from the dropdown lists are assigned press "Save". 

Step 3. Work with the app.

After you install and set up FLATRIS in Bitrix24 on each deal card a tab "FLATRIS" will appear

Press "Open grid" if you want to add the apartment to the deal.

In a pop-up window find the needed accomodation and click on it.

In a new pop-up window on the right will appear all the detailed informaion about the accomodation. Press "Add to deal".

You can exit apartments grid with the help of "X" button or if you click empty space on the left from grid.
