Integrating FLATRIS app into Uspacy

The FLATRIS app for Uspacy lets you work with the interactive apartment grid right from a CRM lead or deal card:

  • add apartments to a deal/lead in one click from the grid;
  • see linked apartments on a dedicated "Flatris" tab inside the card;
  • automatically change the apartment status in FLATRIS when the deal stage changes in Uspacy;
  • create deals/leads in Uspacy when a request comes in from the inventory grid on your website.

Step 1. Prerequisites

Before installing the app, make sure that:

  1. You have an account at flatris.com.ua with at least one object configured in the inventory grid;
  2. You opened "Integration → Integration with Uspacy" in the FLATRIS admin panel — you'll need it to copy the login and API key.

 

Step 2. Install the app from the Uspacy Marketplace

Sign in to your Uspacy portal and open "Marketplace". Type FLATRIS in the search box, click the app icon and the "Install" button.

Step 3. Connect the FLATRIS account

Open the app settings. In the "FLATRIS account settings" form enter the Flatris login and Flatris API key:

Copy both values from the FLATRIS admin panel — section "Integration → Integration with Uspacy", block "FLATRIS login / FLATRIS API key":

Paste these values into the corresponding fields of the app and press "Save". On success a "Connected" / CONNECTED badge appears.

 

Step 4. Configure object access permissions

By default, all users of your CRM have access to all FLATRIS objects. To restrict permissions, open the FLATRIS admin panel, "Settings → Permissions". Find the user with the uspacy type tag and tick the boxes for the relevant objects/sections. Press "Save".

Step 5. Working with the app

A dedicated "Flatris" tab appears inside every deal or lead card:

The tab has an "Open inventory grid" button, a "Refresh" button and a table of apartments linked to the deal:

To add an apartment to the deal, pick it on the grid — its details appear in the right-hand panel. Press "Add to deal":

After it's added, the apartment status in the grid switches to "Interest" (or another, depending on the deal stage), and the right-hand panel shows a "Deal #…" block with a trash icon. To unlink the apartment from the deal, click the trash icon:

To close the grid and return to the deal card, click the X in the top-right corner.
