According to Yandex.Realty requirements for XML feeds, for the new buildings you should necessarily fill in the following:

• In the Object settings
  • Identifier of the apartment complex in the Yandex database (mentioned in third column of the yandex-building-id list)
  • Coordinates of the object
  • Country
  • City/region
  • Address of the object

• In the Building settings
  • Identifier of the Apartment Complex block in the Yandex database. (mentioned in the seventh column of the yandex-building-id list)
  • The end year of construction
  • The end quarter of construction
