To set up the accordance of statuses of the premises in FLATRIS with certain stages of the sales funnel in PipeDrive - open FLATRIS control panel and go to the "Integration"section => "PipeDrive".
In the "STATUS SETTING" subsection, in the "Funnel title in CRM" drop-down list, select the required PipeDrive funnel:
By using checkboxes mark the accordance between the statuses of the crosstab and stages in the funnel.
In the drop-down list "Main object in the funnel" you can select the object that will be opened in CRM first.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Pay attention to the fields under the stages of the deal in the "Free" status. If the checkbox is active, the premises will be automatically removed from the deal when the card enters this stage.
Setting up Piperive deal cards
To set up the deal cards that Flatris creates in PipeDrive - open FLATRIS control panel and go to the "Integration" section => "Integration with PipeDrive" in the "Chessboard in CRM" subsection, you can set up:
1. Funnel in which the object will be available;
2. List of managers who will receive applications from the crosstab;
3. Stage of the funnel at which the application will be created;
4. Function of automatically setting up a task when creating a card in CRM
Functions are set up for each object separately.
To set up an object, choose the tab with the object and select the necessary PipeDrive funnels from the drop-down list in which the object will be available .
Multiple funnels from the list can be selected at once.
In the "CRM Users" drop-down list, select one or more managers who will receive requests from the croostab in CRM.
In the "Funnel stage" drop-down list, select the stage at which you want the system to create a new deal card.
To save the changes, click the "Save" button
