2. Filling in the Google Sheets

Attention! To view/edit the spreadsheet you must be logged in at Google under the same login as on the FLATRIS.

 

While the first opening of the spreadsheet you'll see apartments created automatically as an example. They should be removed. After that fill in the spreadsheet with correct data.

To save the accomodations in FLATRIS database you should fill in all the required fields.

 

Required fields

ID - the unique number of the accomodation.

Property type - possible meaning - Apartment / Non-residential fund / Office premises/ Pantry.

Floor - the floor where the accomodation is located, eg 2. For multilevel apartments the lowest floor should be indicated.

Accomodation number - the number of the apartment or accomodation, eg 10.

Apartment status - possible meaning - Available / Reserved / Not for sale / Sold / Interested .

Type of the layout - name of the apartment layout, eg 1А.

Attention! Layout type must be unique within each section. For example, if section has the 1А layout type with the area of 30 sq.m., there can't be another 1А layout type with the area of 31 sq.m in this section.

Amount of rooms - the total number of rooms, eg 3, for studio apartments put 0.

Total area of the apartment, m2 - area of the apartment sq.m., eg 58,05.

Attention! Deleting or eiting mandatory fields in the accomodatios table itself is prohibited. If you need to change the name of a mandatory field, you can do so in the Settings => Translations. If you need to add a new field, you can do so by following the instructions Add a custom field

The below in the table are shown the required fields for apartments:

 

 

Optional fields

Queue - queue number, eg. II.

Building - number of the building, eg. 4.

Section - section or block of the buildong, eg. 2.

The number of levels - for multilevel apartments, eg. 2.

Residential area, m2 - residential area of the apartment, eg. 44,05.

Kitchen area, m2 - kitchen area, eg. 20.05.

Price per m2 for 100% payment - the price per sq.m. if 100% payment is made, eg. 500.

Price of an apartment for 100% payment - the full cost of an apartment if 100% payment is made, eg. 500000.

Discount per m2 for 100% payment, % - percentage of the discount for an apartment if 100% payment is made, eg. 10.

Discount per m2 at 100% payment - discount value per sq.m. if 100% payment is made, eg. 100.

Price per m2 with a discount for 100% payment - the price per sq.m. considering the discount if 100% payment is made, eg.400.

Price of an apartment with the discount for 100% payment - the full price of an apartment considering the discount for 100% payment, eg. 400000.

Validity of discounts - the end date of the discount availability, eg. 29.01.2019.

Amount of balconies - the amount of balconies.

Amount of loggias - the number of loggias.

Amount of bathrooms with toilets.

Amount of separate bathrooms.

Down payment - the amount of the first payment for an apartment.

Monthly payment - the amount of the monthly payment under the loan.

Loan term - the duration of the loan, eg 12 months.

The interest rate on the loan - interest rate in percentage terms, eg. 15%.

The cost of apartments under the loan - the total cost of an apartment under the loan.

Comments - comments about the accomodation.

 

 

Preservation on FLATRIS

To save the edits on FLATRIS press "Save on FLATRIS":

 

Attention! Press the "Save on FLATRIS" button only after the edits were saved in Google Sheets.
